'til I Get Over You
There's
a door latch that's broken, a light out in the hall
A roof that needs fixin', I've got a hole in my wall
There's a couple or few things, that I need to do
But I can't get 'em done
'til I get over you
It's not
that I'm lazy, or I don't have the time
It's hard work for me, to keep you out of my mind
I've got too many chores, for me to tend to
But I can't get 'em done
'til I get over you
Night
after night, I wonder where you are
Try as I might, I can't rip this love out of my heart
There's
a dream that's been shattered, scattered all on the ground
A heart worn and tattered, it won't make a sound
But I can pick up the pieces and see this thing through
But I can't get it done
'til I get over you
'til I get over you
'til I get over you
